Welcome—I'm glad you're here.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re holding your breath—just getting by, waiting for things to settle—you’re not alone.

Sometimes, life after stress or trauma can feel like you’ve stopped fully breathing it in.
This may be the moment to begin again—with intention, with support, and at your own pace.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist offering secure virtual therapy for children, teens, adults, and seniors. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’m here to support you in a way that fits your life.

I have a strong clinical focus in working with trauma survivors, including those living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I also offer EMDR therapy, a powerful, research-backed approach to healing trauma, distressing memories, and emotional overwhelm.

I believe every person—no matter their age—has the capacity to heal, adapt, and thrive. When working with children and teens, I recognize the importance of family dynamics and often involve parents in the therapeutic process to support lasting change.

Let’s begin—gently, virtually, and with room to breathe again.
